Communication between our developers and clients is essential for us. For this reason we created SiteTracker.
SiteTracker is a way for our clients to remain informed regarding the progress of projects we are doing for them. As various parts of the project are finished, annotations are made in SiteTracker. Clients are then able to view these updates, saving valuable time for you.
Should any discrepancies or questions arise about ongoing projects, trouble tickets are submitted through SiteTracker. Staff are notifies via email for a more expedient response to our most valuable clients. The purpose of this system is twofold: we can demonstrate our web applications and keep our clients informed of the most recent updates to their projects.
